1. Đặt trước (Pre-order)

English: Big C Online Pre-order service allows selecting a delivery date up to 7 days in advance. There are 6 pre-order delivery slots per day (2-hour intervals) from 10:00 – 22:00.
BM: Perkhidmatan tempahan awal Big C Online membolehkan memilih tarikh penghantaran sehingga 7 hari ke hadapan. Terdapat 6 slot penghantaran tempahan setiap hari (jarak 2 jam) dari 10:00 – 22:00.

Service Fees:

• Promotion: Free delivery for orders from RM80 / order (after all discounts).

• Minimum order: RM50 / order.

• Standard delivery fee: RM15 / order.

• Check website for promotions at each time period.

Delivery Conditions:

• Check delivery area according to Big C Online regulations.

• Delivery staff will spend no more than 20 minutes per order per customer at the delivery location.

Delivery Locations:

• Residential: Delivered to gate or designated area.

• Apartment/Condo: Delivered to parcel point designated by building management.

• Office: Delivered to lobby or parcel area.

• Air conditioners and products requiring installation: Price does not include installation or accessories. Installation date is arranged between installer and customer via order phone number.

• Maximum distance: 25 km from delivery branch. Outside delivery area, Big C Online reserves the right to cancel orders.

• Unreachable customers: Orders will be canceled if staff cannot contact customer within 3 days.

2. Giao nhanh (Express Delivery)

English: Express delivery service allows selecting delivery slots from 10:00 – 20:00.
BM: Perkhidmatan penghantaran ekspres membolehkan memilih slot penghantaran dari 10:00 – 20:00.

Service Fees:

• Promotion: Free delivery for orders from RM60 / order.

• Starting fee: RM15 / order; if actual fee exceeds RM15, customer pays the difference.

• Minimum order: RM50 / order.

• Applicable delivery areas: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and nearby areas (depending on location).

• Weight & size limits: Orders ≤ 15 kg and ≤ 80,000 cm³.

Delivery Conditions:

• Check delivery area.

• Delivery locations same as Pre-order (Residential, Apartment/Condo, Office).

• Orders will be canceled if staff cannot contact customer within 3 days.

3. Nhận tại cửa hàng (In-store Pickup)

English: Customers can pick up orders at Big C Hypermarket stores from 10:00 – 20:00.
BM: Pelanggan boleh mengambil pesanan di kedai Big C Hypermarket dari 10:00 – 20:00.

• Orders placed before 18:00 can be picked up the same day; after 18:00, pick-up is next day.

• Service Fee: Free, no minimum order.

Pickup Conditions:

• Check pickup locations.

• Bring printed order or email with ID (NRIC / MyKad) to collect items.

• No third-party pick-up allowed.

• Online credit card payment requires presenting ID.

• Orders will be canceled if customer cannot be contacted within 3 days.

4. Giao bưu kiện (Parcel Delivery)

English: Delivery time: KL / Selangor: 2-3 days; other states: 3-5 days; remote areas: 5-7 days, depending on courier.
BM: Masa penghantaran: KL / Selangor: 2-3 hari; negeri lain: 3-5 hari; kawasan terpencil: 5-7 hari, bergantung pada penghantar.

Delivery Fee:

• No minimum order required.

• Calculated based on total weight and delivery address.

• Each order fee varies according to weight table:
