  1. How do I download the Big C app?
    Search for “Big C PLUS” on the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) on your phone or tablet.


  1. What information is required to become a member of Big C Online, Big Point, and Big Wallet?

  • Big C Online: Phone number only.

  • Big Point: ID number, full name, date of birth, and the number on the back of the card for verification.

  • Big Wallet: Phone number, ID number, and e-KYC verification.


  1. I already have the Big C app. What should I do?
    You can update the app directly without uninstalling and reinstalling.


  1. I am already a member of Big C Online and Big Point. Do I need to register again?
    No, you can use your existing information to log in immediately.


  1. What if I forget my password?
    Select “Forgot Password”, enter your registered phone number, confirm the OTP, and set a new password.


  1. What if I enter the OTP incorrectly?
    Press “Resend OTP”. You can do this up to 5 times; if exceeded, the system will temporarily lock for 30 minutes. Then try again.


  1. How do I place an order on the Big C app?

  2. Log in using your phone number.

  3. Choose the delivery address or Big C branch for pickup.

  4. Browse and select products to add to your cart.

  5. Choose delivery method, date, and time.

  6. Enter discount codes and/or use Big Point.

  7. Select payment method.

  8. After payment, the system will display the order number.

  9. Products will be delivered on the selected date and time.

    There are two main types: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment.
