2. What information is required to become a member of Big C Online, Big Point, and Big Wallet?

• Big C Online: Phone number only.

• Big Point: ID number, full name, date of birth, and the number on the back of the card for verification.

• Big Wallet: Phone number, ID number, and e-KYC verification.

3. I already have the Big C app. What should I do?
   You can update the app directly without uninstalling and reinstalling.

4. I am already a member of Big C Online and Big Point. Do I need to register again?
   No, you can use your existing information to log in immediately.

5. What if I forget my password?
   Select “Forgot Password”, enter your registered phone number, confirm the OTP, and set a new password.

6. What if I enter the OTP incorrectly?
   Press “Resend OTP”. You can do this up to 5 times; if exceeded, the system will temporarily lock for 30 minutes. Then try again.
