Return/Exchange Process

Provide order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
Staff will guide you to send the product to the store warehouse or arrange for exchange delivery.
After verifying the product and confirming eligibility, we will:
Refund the full amount to the original payment account or card, or
Send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Processing Time
Return/exchange requests will be processed within 3–7 working days from the date of receipt of returned products.
Refunds will be made as quickly as possible depending on the payment method and bank used by the customer.
